As a Personal Care Partner on our night shift team, you'll be the caring heart of our residents' evenings and nights. You're not just checking boxes—you're building meaningful connections and creating moments that genuinely improve lives.Provide compassionate personal care assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, meals, and laundry, paying attention to details that matter.Proactively identify and address residents' care needs—spotting hygiene concerns, health changes, or missing items before they become issues.Maintain open communication with supervisors and teammates, sharing observations about residents' health, mood, and status to ensure coordinated, personalized care.Serve as a safety champion by monitoring residents' well-being and reporting any concerns about abuse, neglect, or misuse of resources.Document residents' conditions and observations as directed to support the entire care team.Assist with residents' prescribed daily medication routines in compliance with state regulations.Ensure administrative paperwork is completed accurately and timely.Participate in monthly staff meetings and contribute your insights to strengthen our community culture.Perform additional duties with the same care and enthusiasm you bring to all responsibilities.
